VMHaus停止运营

VMHaus停止运营并开始了最后的退款流程。

有余额的用户需要在2025年4月16日前在VMHaus原来的后台创建工单并提交PayPal账户。如果余额小于1美金那么由于PAYPAL手续费大于1美金会导致用户收不到钱，VMHaus会将这部分余额捐赠给公益机构。

You're receiving this email because you were a customer of VMHaus in the
past, and have a refundable credit balance.

As you likely know by now, VMHaus has been shut down, and all services
closed.

While the VMHaus terms and conditions say refunds are only possible
within seven days, we'd like to refund all remaining balances where
possible.

Taking free credits into account, currently you have a refundable
balance of $2.

Unfortunately you don't have any recent transactions, so we will
need to process these refunds manually and cover the full PayPal
transaction fees.

In cases where you have a small refundable balance (under $1), the
PayPal transaction fees will be significantly more than the refund, so
we also have the option of donating your balance, rounded up to the next
full dollar amount, to the NLnet Foundation (nlnet.org), who support
organizations and people who contribute to an open internet for all.

For us to process your refund, please visit
https://bonsai.vmhaus.com/support/open and send us a message from your
account with your PayPal email address you'd like to receive the
refund on. Please allow at least a week for us to handle the refund.

If we don't hear from you by 2025-04-16 (April 16th, 2025), we will
donate your balance, rounded up to the next dollar, to the NLnet
Foundation.
